The Rif Wall is a space for members to share stories and images. Our mission is to foster a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment where personal storytelling thrives.

 

These Community Guidelines help ensure that all members can enjoy and contribute to The Wall in meaningful ways. By using The Rif Wall, you agree to follow these guidelines.

 

Guiding Principles

1. Empower Individual Expression
   The Wall is a platform for people to share personal narratives through words and images. We support freedom of expression while protecting others from harm.
    

2. Foster a Safe and Inclusive Space
   Our goal is to create a respectful and supportive environment. Stories on The Wall should uplift, inform, or inspire — not endanger, harass, or exclude others.
    

3. Evolve With Our Community
   We will adapt these guidelines over time based on feedback, cultural shifts, and emerging challenges. We'll notify you when updates are made.

 

What’s Not Allowed on The Wall

 

You may not use The Rif Wall to engage in illegal, abusive, or harmful activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Illegal Activities

  • Promoting hate groups or terrorist organizations

  • Sharing child sexual abuse material or content involving minors in a sexual context

  • Human trafficking, exploitation, or grooming behavior

  • Selling or distributing illegal goods or substances

  • Unauthorized access, hacking, or data theft
     

• Abuse and Harassment

  • Threats or encouragement of violence, including self-harm or suicide

  • Targeted harassment, bullying, or sexual harassment

  • Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation

  • Excessive graphic violence, gore, or non-consensual sexual content

  • Sharing or doxing private personal information without consent
     

• Platform Manipulation

  • Spamming or phishing

  • Operating deceptive or impersonation accounts

  • Creating accounts to evade bans or moderation actions

  • Using scripts or automation to disrupt the platform

  • Uploading copyrighted or trademarked material without permission
     

• Election Integrity

  • Misinformation about voting procedures or election results

  • Intimidation of voters or candidates

  • Impersonating candidates or spreading altered political content

 

Respect Others

Everyone has a story. We ask you to engage with empathy, dignity, and civility.

 

Do not:

• Harass or demean others in comments or stories

• Mislead others by impersonating individuals or organizations

• Encourage discrimination or exclusion

• Post cruel, mocking, or abusive responses to sensitive personal stories
   

Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting tool or by contacting us at moderation@theRifWall.com.

We review reports carefully and take action as needed — including content removal, feature restrictions, or account suspension. We reserve the right to make moderation decisions at our sole discretion.

Enforcement and Appeals

We aim to enforce these guidelines fairly and consistently. If your account or content is subject to moderation and you believe it was in error, you may appeal by contacting us at appeals@theRifWall.com.

 

Content Labeling (If Applicable)

We may use content labels to help users filter sensitive material. These labels are added by our moderation team or algorithmic systems and are intended to guide, not censor. If you believe a label was applied incorrectly, you may request a review.

 

Security and Integrity Expectations for Users

To help protect our community, users are expected to:

• Use secure passwords and protect account access

• Report vulnerabilities or misuse promptly

• Not engage in behavior that degrades app performance or exploits bugs

 

Updates and Compliance

We may update these guidelines periodically. We'll post updates in the app or on our website. Continued use of The Rif Wall after changes means you agree to the new terms.
